We ship orders Monday-Friday
We fill orders in which they are received. It may take up to 2 weeks for your order to ship.
If it has been longer than 2 weeks please email us. Otherwise thank you for your patience while we process your order.
Free shipping terms
Occasionally we will offer free shipping promotions and some items will ship free with no code such as our napkin bundles.
Free shipping promotions * is only offered to USA residents.
Free shipping isn’t actually free. We are offering this as a discount to our customers that we are paying. No postal service actually offers free shipping.
- If your purchase qualifies for free shipping it will be reflected in your cart that your total was 125$ before shipping. Your must spend 125$ before shipping cost to qualify on a single order. We can not modify your orders or combine them.
- We can not apply any discounts after your order has been placed. We can not edit orders.
- We do not reimburse you if you do not use the free shipping code. We also can not modify your order if you do not use this code.
- We will not cancel your order so you can start a new one.
All our shipping polices still apply.
- At this time you can not combine discounts or codes. Our system will chose the discount that saves you the most and apply it. Even if you entered a code our system chooses.
Each order is given an order number, we can not combine orders. Because we fill orders in the order we received them. We go by order number not customers.
We can not issues credits if you do not use discount codes.

If you place an order and the post office (which automatically chooses the cheapest option of shipping for you) only offers priority mail than that is the only shipping option, please note that your order does not ship in 2 days from the time your order is placed.
USA: Priority mail 2-3 day SHIPPING TIME starts once the post office has received your package. Processing, packing, and fulfillment is NOT THE SAME!
Our policy is it may take up to 2 weeks to process and than ship your order.
Actually shipping times will start once your order is at the post office and scanned in by them.
Again shipping and processing times are 2 different things.
USA: first class mail which is the cheapest option falls under this same policy. Your shipping time for first class mail also begins when the post office receives your package.
Please verify your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for lost of damaged shipment. We do not offer to reship.
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs unless notched otherwise.
We will not attempt to re-ship packages returned to us. Please double check your spelling and address.
We have no control over the postal services policies and procedures.
We do out very best to package all orders securely. Damage caused by the post service is not our responsibility.
When ordering craft kits please allow 2 weeks for your craft kit to ship out.
Pre-orders and carat kit release: when we offer pre-orders or special release these can take up to 2 weeks to fill orders.
Monthly craft kits: craft kits ship out all in one box. Shipping times may vary.
We can not guarantee shipping times. Once your package ships, it is in the care of the postal service. We do not promise a delivery date to any of our customers. We also can not control if your tracking number is updated or delivery of your package.
